Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization and provide your order number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the hair is in its original state—unwashed, uncut, and with tags attached—then pack it securely in the original VSHOW HAIR packaging.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package back to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
